Qantas becomes first airline to turn to biodegradable packaging

Sydney: Qantas Airways becomes the first airline to cut out 100 million plastic items which add to the non-biodegradable waste generated from planes every year. Qantas has done a trial of the first-ever zero garbage flight. The total waste generated by the airline is equal to 80 full Boeing 747 jumbos.
